Job Description

 

  1. Dealer Trainings: Coordinate dealer trainings and workshops with local representative.
  2. Trade Shows: Work together with sales staff on set-up, and teardown of booth for maximum product exposure. Demonstrate product using samples and emphasize salable features.
  3. Workshops/Seminars: Attend workshops and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends. Deliver and set up product to be used by platform speakers. Assist platform speakers as necessary.
  4. Pro Tips: Work with contributing photographers on maintaining and gathering tips for the Pro Tips website.
  5. Video Tips: Work with contributing photographers on maintaining and gathering tips for the Video Tips website.
  6. Visual and written instructions: Work together with local agencies to insure complete video instructions are created for all Westcott products.
  7. Back up Customer Service: Take orders, catalog requests, answer questions and follow-up when necessary. Quote prices and credit terms, prepare paperwork for orders obtained. Estimate delivery based on knowledge of production and delivery schedule.
  8. Answer technical questions: Solve customers’ concerns, problems, and questions on products, light theory and general photography related questions.
